These terms cover dealglitches.com, @DealGlitches on X and the Deal Glitches VIP Telegram bot (“the service”). The service is run by Super Site Concepts LLC (“we”). By using it you agree to these terms.

Deals

Deals are found automatically and posted for information. Prices, stock and availability change fast. We don’t guarantee that any deal is still available when you see it, that a price is correct, or that a seller will accept or honour an order. Pricing errors may be cancelled by the seller. Your purchase is between you and the seller; check the listing, the seller and the return policy before you buy. Deal Glitches is not affiliated with Amazon.

Deal Glitches VIP subscription

• Plans. Monthly: $29 per month. Yearly: $209 per year (save 40% versus 12 months). Prices in US dollars; any sales tax is shown at checkout. No free trial.
• Renewal. The monthly plan renews every month and the yearly plan renews every year, automatically, charged to your payment method, until you cancel.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time in the Stripe billing portal (in the bot: 💳 Manage / cancel). Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access to the end of the period you’ve paid for (month or year).
• Refunds. No refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time or alerts you didn’t act on, except where the law requires them.
• Changing plan. You can switch between monthly and yearly in the billing portal; Stripe shows any proration before you confirm.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it for a while. If it still can’t be collected, the membership ends and alerts stop.
• What you get. Telegram alerts for deals that match your feed settings, sent as soon as our system finds them. We aim to send alerts 60 minutes or more before the free site, but we don’t guarantee any number of alerts, their timing, or that Telegram delivers them. The service may change, pause for maintenance or end; if we end it, we’ll stop billing and refund the unused part of a prepaid period.
• Your account. VIP is for your personal use. Don’t resell, republish or automatically redistribute alerts. We may end a membership that breaks these terms.

No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
